Job Summary: We are seeking an Implementation Consultant who will be an integral team member that will manage the implementation of Enrollment Rx CRM projects. The ideal candidate will have an operations-oriented background with project management experience, strong client management skills, and experience implementing Higher Education technology solutions.

The Implementation Consultant must have a strong desire to learn all Enrollment Rx product offerings and participate in self-study to obtain Salesforce.com certifications.

Travel is required.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Engage directly with client management team and subject matter experts to understand existing client business processes, goals and future requirements
  • Compile information, conduct analysis of client processes/goals, provide recommendations and develop a project plan related to the implementation of Enrollment Rx’s product offerings
  • Provide subject matter expertise to recommend operational improvements
  • Serve as the strategic point of contact to stakeholders on communications, decision-making, and change management procedures related to their technology implementation, roll out, adoption, and measurement
  • Liaise with the client project managers on a weekly basis to monitor progress and ensure client milestones are met
  • Monitor all Enrollment Rx and client deliverables across all implementation projects
  • Manage all project team members to ensure that the projects are completed successfully, on-budget and on-time
  • Assist in the development of training materials to ensure new functionality is documented properly and adopted by users
  • Participate and conduct on-site client training
  • Identify additional professional services and/or product opportunities to expand client relationship and usage

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of operational experience in Recruitment, Enrollment, Student Services, Marketing, or Advancement
  • Experience with Higher Education technology including Student Information Systems (SIS) or CRM Technology
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and executive level presence
  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
  • Ability to manage own workload independently, multi-task, and prioritize effectively
  • Ability to rapidly adapt and respond to changes in environment and priorities
  • Familiarity with project management tools and/or software packages
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
  • Ability to travel 20%-40%
  • Familiarity with Salesforce.com is preferred
  • Experience with project management and implementation methodologies preferred

Job Summary: We are looking for a Quality Assurance (QA) expert to oversee the development and execution of tests to ensure product quality of our suite of software products, built entirely on the Salesforce platform, for the higher education recruitment and admissions market.

QA expert responsibilities include working with offshore QA team to develop tests, debugging and defining corrective actions. You will also review system requirements and track quality assurance metrics (e.g. defect densities and open defect counts).

The QA expert role plays an important part in our company’s product development process. Our ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing tests before product launches to ensure software runs smoothly and meets client needs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
  • Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases
  • Estimate, prioritize, plan, coordinate and execute testing activities
  • Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs
  • Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
  • Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs
  • Liaise with internal teams (e.g. developers and product managers) to identify system requirements
  • Investigate the causes of faults encountered by users and train users to implement solutions
  • Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts
  • Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes
  • Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases
  • Experience in Higher Education IT and/or Admissions & Recruitment a  big plus
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process is a plus

Job Summary: We are seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our sales team. Responsibilities of the BDR include contacting prospective customers through outbound calling and email campaigns. Additionally, the BDR will be responsible for qualifying leads through effective discovery techniques and questions. The BDR will consistently represent the company in a professional and engaging manner.

The right candidate for this role will have a strong communication and relationship building skills. They will be self-motivated, persistent and resilient with a strong enthusiasm to leverage technology to transform higher education.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Execute the sales and marketing strategies to target various types of institutions, as may be determined.
  • Develop deep product knowledge of the Enrollment Rx suite of solutions in order to communicate effectively with prospective clients and complete comprehensive discovery calls.
  • Support the sales pipeline from initial inquiry through signed contract.
  • Develop strong understanding and familiarity with the Salesforce platform including obtaining Salesforce Admin certification.
  • Assist in the management of the marketing strategy including using Salesforce and Pardot.
  • Execute outbound campaigns to promote events and trade shows to schedule and coordinate on-site sales meetings.
  • Build rapport with prospects in order to leverage positive relationships into new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success team in order to leverage success stories into new sales opportunities.
  • Develop reasonable understanding of complementing apps that typically accompany Enrollment Rx implementations.
  • Manage and cultivate relationships with the salesforce.com sales team.

Qualifications:

  •   Previous customer sales or service experience.
  •   Salesforce and/or Pardot Experience.
  •   Located in the Chicagoland area.
  •   Experience in Higher Education sector, particularly in Recruitment and Admissions.

Job Summary: The Jr. Implementation Specialist will be an integral team member that will help support implementation processes and customer success. The Implementation Support Specialist will be responsible for assisting client engagements and client success by developing and documenting client business requirements and customizing Salesforce and all Enrollment Rx product offerings.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer support and ensure client success.
  • Develop and document workflow processes and procedures
  • Configure Salesforce & Enrollment Rx based upon business requirements.
  • Assist in the development of training materials to ensure new functionality is documented properly and adopted by users.
  • Assist the Implementation Consultant in managing implementation projects and facilitating client management calls as needed.
  • Lead increasingly larger parts of the implementation project as expertise increases
  • Coordinate communication with the Enrollment Rx team throughout each project.

Qualifications:

  • Previous customer service experience.
  • Salesforce admin experience.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Some projects may require the hands-on participation of the Implementation Support Specialist, therefore the ability for limited travel is required.
  • Experience in Higher Education sector preferred, particularly in Recruitment and Admissions.
