AACRAO Annual Meeting Highlights and Enrollment Management Insights
April is certainly a busy month in the college admissions and enrollment management world. It marks not only the height of anticipation for where the next class will enroll for 2015/2016, but also a full schedule of industry conferences.

Keynote and Closing Speakers
This year’s conference includes an impressive lineup of keynote and closing speakers.
Scott Simon, host of Weekend Edition Saturday on NPR and Need to Know on PBS, will serve as the opening plenary presenter on Sunday, April 12 from 5:45 pm to 6:45 pm.
His talk is expected to be a highlight of the conference. The Washington Post has described his NPR show as “the most literate, witty, moving, and just plain interesting news show on any dial,” while Time Out New York called it “the most eclectic, intelligent two hours of broadcasting on the airwaves.”

Madeleine Albright, former U.S. Secretary of State and Chair of Albright Stonebridge Group and Albright Capital Management LLC, will deliver the closing plenary on Wednesday, April 15 from 11:45 am to 12:45 pm.
President Obama awarded Dr. Albright the Presidential Medal of Freedom in 2012.
