At Enrollment Rx, we like to think of ourselves as the RAD company with the R.A.D. solution. What do we mean by R.A.D.? It stands for Recruitment, Admission, Decisions…on Salesforce.

Enrollment Rx is focused on building products that transform the Salesforce platform into a system for enrollment management in higher education. In our opinion, best practice is for all recruitment and admissions activities to occur in a CRM system. Only admitted student data should be integrated and sent into other enterprise systems (e.g. SIS).

In other words, the CRM, should be used for all recruitment and admission activity as well as final decisions on all applications. For most of our clients, only admitted student data is sent to the SIS and recruitment and admissions staff have essentially no need to access the SIS. We call that R.A.D.
