Turns to cloud-based CRM to streamline the communication process between admissions and prospective students
Enrollment Rx, the leading provider of cloud-based Constituent Relationship Management (CRM) solutions for higher education, announced today that University of Western States (UWS) has selected Enrollment Rx for their enrollment management needs. With Enrollment Rx, UWS aims to streamline and automate the communication between admissions representatives and prospective students in order to increase enrollment.
UWS is expecting to implement the CRM by December 2015 for all degree programs.
Founded in 1904, and based in Portland, Oregon, UWS is a regionally-accredited, non-profit institution dedicated to improving the health of society through its educational programs, research and clinical services. The university provides a science-driven curriculum that delivers a solid foundation and competitive edge in preparing students for clinical practice. With the implementation of Enrollment Rx, UWS is moving toward a model of proactive, tailored communication to prospective students. The CRM is the first step toward this more dynamic communication process.
“We chose Enrollment Rx because we believed they were the best solution in terms of product and support,” said Tim Foley, dean of admissions at University of Western States. “Timing is critical in recruiting of students, and by making the cloud-based CRM an integral part of our admissions process, we expect to shorten the time it takes to get critical program information to prospective students.”
