Marylhurst University Goes Live on Enrollment Rx

Selected CRM Built on Salesforce.com to Grow Enrollment, Improve Conversion Rates
throughout the Admissions Process

Enrollment Rx, the leading provider of cloud-based Constituent Relationship Management (CRM) solutions for higher education, today announced that Marylhurst University went live on Enrollment Rx. A private, liberal arts school dedicated to adult education, Marylhurst is using Enrollment Rx to automate workflows and improve communication with students across their undergraduate and graduate admissions programs. Enrollment Rx enables the university’s small admissions team to effectively work with and personalize outreach to more students. 

Previously, the Marylhurst admissions department handled everything manually – an unsustainable strategy as fewer resources were tasked with increasing enrollment. After evaluating several products, including other CRM solutions built on salesforce.com, Marylhurst selected Enrollment Rx’s cloud-based CRM for its flexibility to customize and add new data points, as well as the ability for admission staff and recruiters to access off campus. Enrollment Rx easily integrates with Marylhurst’s existing student information system (SIS), Jenzabar, and ensures that users can work in a single environment, from inquiry to admit. Enrollment Rx also worked closely with Marylhurst to create a custom-built portal to enable constituents to easily manage application status while interacting with the various departments.

With Enrollment Rx, reporting far surpasses their previous system, while events management functionality enables them to automatically connect student and event data.
