“Measuring Impact of Your Salesforce Deployment” (June 6, 10:00 a.m.) – presentation by Jason Jensen, Enrollment Systems Manager, World Learning and David Roos, Executive Director of Enrollment Services, Dixie State University, on what elements contribute to a successful CRM roll-out and how to measure improvement rates after deploying Salesforce at their organizations.
