Enrollment Rx Announces Three New Apps for Higher Ed CRM
Extends Higher Ed Innovation with New Event Management, Application Reader and Data Import Functionality
Enrollment Rx today announced three new apps built on the salesforce.com platform. The new apps – Import Rx, Events Rx, Reader Rx – offer innovative functionality for higher ed institutions to streamline relationship management, enrich communication with constituents and create a stellar student experience across the entire lifecycle.
“With our commitment to delivering innovative products that meet the specific needs of the higher ed community, we continue to optimize the salesforce platform into a higher ed CRM,” said Lawrence Levy, president of Enrollment Rx. “Our new apps extend the power and flexibility of Enrollment Rx’s cloud-based CRM solutions, embracing our philosophy of “clicks-not-code” and delivering a rich user experience that helps admissions teams work quickly and intelligently.”
Import Rx – Data Import Tool
Import Rx supercharges data import capabilities with higher ed-specific functionality to help schools effortlessly load large volumes of data into the CRM from various sources, including: ACT, College Board, Common Application, GRE, GMAT, etc. By eliminating the need for time consuming data import processes with multiple steps, the new import tool radically condenses the time spent importing data, enabling schools to stay on pace with aggressive implementation schedules.
“Import Rx is a game changer,” said Barbara Smith, who recently joined Enrollment Rx as Director of Implementation Services following her role as Director of Enterprise Information Systems and Services at Bethel University. “What used to require highly technical expertise, days of heads-down work and dozens of steps, can now be easily configured in a drag-and-drop interface with a few mouse clicks.”
Events Rx – Event Management
Events Rx delivers rich event management functionality catered to the higher ed environment with drag-and-drop configuration capabilities to easily track participants from sign-up through attendance. The new app enables schools to generate custom registration web pages and forms – by program, campus or term, for example – and use QR codes to track event attendance.
Reader Rx – Online Application Reader
Application Reader simplifies the application review process by enabling a community of reviewers to easily view all application materials, as well as securely comment on and score applications online, from a single screen. Rather than tracking down a paper file, reviewers in different locations can access a centralized digital file on their device of choice, leading to improved collaboration and significant time and cost savings.
During Dreamforce, Enrollment Rx will present “Transforming Recruiting, Admissions and Enrollment with Enrollment Rx,” which will include a demo of Import Rx, Events Rx and the Enrollment Rx custom applicant portal, where prospective students can apply online in a dynamic, branded environment. The presentation will take place Thursday, September 17 at 12:00 noon PT in the Salesforce Foundation Zone, Salon 7.
Recently named one of CIO Review’s 20 Most Promising Salesforce Solutions, Enrollment Rx offers a full suite of products to manage constituents across the student lifecycle: Enrollment Rx enrollment management, Retention Rx retention management, Placement Rx career services management, Alumni Rx alumni relationship management, and StuTrax Student Information System.
