The session, titled “Using CRM Technology to Automate Prospective Student Engagement and Recruitment,” will feature enrollment management best practices for personalizing student engagement and improving data-driven decision making.

During the session, Mitchell will share her experience using CRM technology to boost enrollments, better engage and track students, as well as measure student outcomes in the enrollment process. She will discuss how the college is automating workflows, creating successful communications campaigns and rethinking previous business processes.
