World Learning Selects Enrollment Rx to Enrich Constituent Experience

International Education Leader Turns to Cloud-based CRM Solution to Improve Efficiency of Enrollment Process for More than 5,000 Annual Applicants

August 31, 2011 - Enrollment Rx, an innovator of cloud-based Constituent Relationship Management (CRM) solutions for academic institutions, today announced that World Learning has selected the company's enrollment management CRM solution to streamline its application process. Built on salesforce.com's proven cloud computing platform, Enrollment Rx enables World Learning to efficiently manage enrollment for more than 5,000 annual applicants across its education, exchange and development programs.

With an aim to cultivate global leadership and social innovation, World Learning provides programs for high school, undergraduate and graduate students in more than 70 countries. Their previous combination of in-house systems was not agile enough to handle the varying demands of a diverse student body and programs dispersed around the globe. World Learning turned to Enrollment Rx's cloud-based CRM solution because it was user friendly, reliable and flexible. Now the organization can better serve thousands of applicants for three of its core programs:

  • The Experiment in International Living, a summer program for high school students;
  • SIT Study Abroad, a field-based undergraduate study abroad program; and
  • SIT Graduate Institute, which offers internationally focused master's degrees, certificates and professional development programs in the fields of conflict transformation, international education, sustainable development and TESOL (Teachers of English to Speakers of Other Languages.)

By standardizing on a cloud infrastructure, World Learning will automate communication workflow for their 200 faculty and staff, including marketing, recruiting, admissions and deans. Additionally, the higher education CRM solution will allow prospective students, parents, and counselors at more than 300 Colleges, Universities, High Schools, and partnership organizations to maintain online profiles, complete and monitor online applications, track overall student progression for each individual program, and engage with World Learning by sharing valuable knowledge and ideas. Enrollment Rx includes the ability to segment various populations by different criteria, thus providing immediate business intelligence across the entire constituent pool.
