Turns to CRM in the Cloud to Maintain High-Touch Enrollment Management Processes for Growing Number of Applicants

February 2, 2012 - Enrollment Rx, an innovator of cloud-based Constituent Relationship Management (CRM) solutions for academic institutions, today announced that the SANS Technology Institute (STI) selected Enrollment Rx to effectively manage relationships with a growing number of applicants and students. After evaluating 20 products both large and small, STI chose Enrollment Rx's scalable, cloud-based solutions to improve efficiencies and deliver a quality student experience, from prospect to alumni.
 
The premier skills-based cyber security graduate school, STI was formed in 2005 as a specialized institute catering to the needs of information security leaders. The institute initially managed enrollment with Excel spreadsheets, which served the purpose of tracking personal conversations with a highly selective group of applicants. In 2010, when STI was admitted as a Candidate for Accreditation by the Commission on Higher Education of the Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools, the institute was put on the global radar, fueling interest.
