National Education Leader Deploys Cloud-based CRM Solution; Provides Staff with One Window into Admissions Process

Ross Education deployed the cloud-based enrollment management solution at their online institution, Ross College, to streamline its application process and automate reporting so that users can access and track all leads in a single system.
Ross' curriculum caters to students seeking focused, short-term allied health education, including courses for medical assistant, medical billing and office administration, and dental assistant career paths. Their previous recruitment management process was fragmented, cumbersome and inefficient; the team leader aggregated leads in Excel and passed them on to recruiters, who then entered them into an ACT database. Ross turned to Enrollment Rx to consolidate lead generation, tracking and reporting in a centralized, cloud-based application that is intuitive and flexible. Today, Ross' admin and call center staff rely on Enrollment Rx to automate communications and efficiently manage admissions.

Enrollment Rx proved very easy to learn - users can be trained in less than 30 minutes and supports compliance guidelines for the Accrediting Bureau of Health Education Schools (ABHES.)
