Job Summary: We are seeking an Integration Specialist who will be an integral team member to support the implementation of Enrollment Rx integration projects. The ideal candidate will have an operations-oriented background, experience developing and maintaining data-related processes, good client management skills, and familiarity with Higher Education technology solutions.

The Integration Specialist must have a strong desire to become conversant in all Enrollment Rx product offerings and participate in self-study to obtain Salesforce.com and integration-related certifications.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Integration Consultant in managing integration projects and participating in client management calls as needed.
  • Configure Salesforce.com & Enrollment Rx based upon integration-related business requirements working closely with Integration Consultant and Implementation Consultant.
  • Manage data mapping process for integration between third-party systems, Salesforce.com, and client enterprise systems.
  • Modify and develop integration processes and code to extract, transform and load (ETL) data between third-party systems, Salesforce.com and client enterprise systems based on business requirements.
  • Lead increasingly larger parts of the integration project as expertise increases.
  • Assist in the development of integration-related testing and training materials to ensure successful testing and adoption of integration processes developed for clients.
  • Communicate with the Enrollment Rx team throughout each project.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Management or a related field.
  • Exceptional analytical and technical problem-solving skills. 
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service and maintain constructive relationships with university and college personnel.
  • Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage your own workload independently, multi-task, and prioritize effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge and experience using Salesforce.com, another CRM or similar technology. 
  • Higher Education experience using at least one Student Information System, Learning Management System, or other technology.
  • Knowledge of SQL, ETL processes, data migration, data conversion, and/or data integration routines and protocols.
  • Experience using Jitterbit, another ETL solution and/or background using scripting languages.

Job Summary: We are seeking an Implementation Consultant who will be an integral team member that will manage the implementation of Enrollment Rx CRM projects. The ideal candidate will have an operations-oriented background with project management experience, strong client management skills, and experience implementing Higher Education technology solutions. The Implementation Consultant must have a strong desire to learn all Enrollment Rx product offerings and participate in self-study to obtain Salesforce.com certifications. Travel is required.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Engage directly with client management team and subject matter experts to understand existing client business processes, goals and future requirements
  • Compile information, conduct analysis of client processes/goals, provide recommendations and develop a project plan related to the implementation of Enrollment Rx’s product offerings
  • Provide subject matter expertise to recommend operational improvements
  • Serve as the strategic point of contact to stakeholders on communications, decision-making, and change management procedures related to their technology implementation, roll out, adoption, and measurement
  • Liaise with the client project managers on a weekly basis to monitor progress and ensure client milestones are met
  • Monitor all Enrollment Rx and client deliverables across all implementation projects
  • Manage all project team members to ensure that the projects are completed successfully, on-budget and on-time
  • Assist in the development of training materials to ensure new functionality is documented properly and adopted by users

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of operational experience in Recruitment, Enrollment, Student Services, Marketing, or Advancement
  • Experience with Higher Education technology including Student Information Systems (SIS) or CRM Technology
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and executive level presence
  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
  • Ability to manage own workload independently, multi-task, and prioritize effectively
  • Ability to rapidly adapt and respond to changes in environment and priorities
  • Familiarity with project management tools and/or software packages

Job Summary: We are looking for a Quality Assurance (QA) expert to oversee the development and execution of tests to ensure product quality of our suite of software products, built entirely on the Salesforce platform, for the higher education recruitment and admissions market.

QA expert responsibilities include working with offshore QA team to develop tests, debugging and defining corrective actions. You will also review system requirements and track quality assurance metrics (e.g. defect densities and open defect counts).

The QA expert role plays an important part in our company’s product development process. Our ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing tests before product launches to ensure software runs smoothly and meets client needs.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
  • Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases
  • Estimate, prioritize, plan, coordinate and execute testing activities
  • Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs
  • Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
  • Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs
  • Liaise with internal teams (e.g. developers and product managers) to identify system requirements
  • Investigate the causes of faults encountered by users and train users to implement solutions
  • Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts
  • Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies

Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of web application testing experience
  • Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases
  • Strong experience with creating and executing manual test cases
  • Strong experience creating, analyzing and troubleshooting defect/bug reports
  • Experience with a Test Case Management System – TestRail, Team Foundation Server, Zephyr Test, etc.
  • At least 1 year of experience testing applications on the Salesforce platform

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Higher Education IT and/or Admissions & Recruitment a  big plus
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process is a plus

Job Summary: The Integration Developer will be an integral team member that will help support implementation processes and customer success through data migration and integration; they will be responsible for building and maintaining software integrations between Salesforce and client enterprise systems such as student information systems. The Integration Developer will be required to identify, plan and develop code to support a variety of integration strategies, to ensure ongoing monitoring, and to provide maintenance of these integrations.
