Babson College's F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business Selects Enrollment Rx
May 22, 2012 - Enrollment Rx, an innovator of cloud-based Constituent Relationship Management (CRM) solutions for academic institutions, today announced that the F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College selected Enrollment Rx to unify recruitment and admissions in a single system. By providing one solution to streamline business processes, Enrollment Rx will enable the Babson MBA Program to improve operational efficiencies across departments and offer an outstanding prospective user experience throughout the enrollment cycle.
Ranked #1 in entrepreneurship by U.S. News & World Report for 19 years in a row, the F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College offers a unified curriculum across its One-Year, Two-Year, Fast Track, and Evening MBA Programs. Previously, the Babson MBA Program relied on multiple systems, spreadsheets and manual processes to manage admissions and recruitment - a cumbersome combination that hindered effective student communication. After a rigorous evaluation process, the Babson MBA Program selected Enrollment Rx to manage student relationships from inquiries through enrollment.
"We were impressed with Enrollment Rx's understanding of our business and their level of engagement to help us achieve our goals of simplifying the admissions process, creating an amazing student experience and helping our staff be more efficient," said Barbara J. Selmo, Director, Graduate Admissions, the F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College. "Based on Enrollment Rx's extensive work with higher education clients, they are true content experts about how admissions people work and think."
Currently in the implementation phase, the Babson MBA Program plans to go live in the fall 2012, with users across admissions, marketing, IT and operations. They expect to gain the following benefits from the Enrollment Rx solution:
Fast ramp-up - With continuous enrollment for the different MBA programs, Babson MBA Program's admissions staff needed a solution that was easy to train on. Enrollment Rx's intuitive interface will enable the staff to quickly learn the new system while still maintaining their daily enrollment activities.
Efficient, high-quality communication - In a competitive environment where multiple schools are vying for applicants' attention, the prospective student experience is a top priority. Enrollment Rx will provide students with one seamless way of getting information, while enabling staff to quickly respond with tailored communication relevant to each student's needs and interests.
Mobility - Enrollment Rx reinforces the admissions team's ability to work from anywhere, an important requirement with daily travel between multiple campuses.
Growth potential - As the Babson MBA Program further refines their enrollment management process, be it new ways to interact with students or better reporting, Enrollment Rx's flexible cloud platform will allow them to add functionality with new plug-ins and AppExchange solutions.
"Flexibility is critical," said Selmo. "We didn't want to be in contract with a system that is static the minute you roll it out. Enrollment Rx knows what modern software should look like and they've built a cloud-based CRM solution that provides the flexibility and quality user experience that outshine so many clunky, out of date solutions available today."
