Algoma University Looks to Increase Enrollment with Cloud-based CRM from Enrollment Rx

An undergraduate university in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario, Algoma has been offering undergraduate studies to students for almost 50 years. Compared to running manual queries and manually checking the status, Algoma has set up automated workflow rules in Enrollment Rx. If an application is dormant for several days, or if an application is updated, Enrollment Rx triggers alerts to prompt staff to take action, significantly speeding up the application process. Algoma is also taking advantage of Events Rx, which allows the admissions team to automatically generate an online registration page when an event is created and send personalized reminders, facilitating communication with hundreds of students.
